The main purpose of the Kaupelanese Institute of Languages is to study and promote the native languages of Kaupelan and its surrounding area. So, it intends to be a forum for studies and analyses of little known languages from this region. KILAN is associated with MINMAL, the Yukkish Institute for minority Languages.
